Fruit Galettes

Description

The type of fruit galette available is based on what fruit is in season, and which fruit looks the best when I go shopping. I  post the which fruit is on offer in the drop down menu so you know what is being baked when you order. Each galette is rustic in style, simple ingredients to highlight the flavor of the fruit.

 It is best to eat it the day it is made. If there are any leftovers, pop it in the fridge.
