Ordering and Pickup
All desserts are paid in full at the time you place your order online.
You may place orders on Mondays and Tuesdays for the week up until 5:00 p.m. Of course you may order more than one week in advance so you know you are on the calendar.
When you select your dessert, Please specify your pickup date: Thursday, Friday, or Saturday and the preferred pick up time, and add a note, if needed. When possible, we will accommodate your pick up time. Otherwise we will let you know when your dessert is ready to be picked up on that day.
Generally orders can be picked up at my address between 3-5 p.m. on Thursday and Friday, and 10a.m.-12 p.m. on Saturday. For those of you who are local, or happy for a bit of an adventure, a quick ride up into the Kensington hills will get you here. Here are directions.
We do not have delivery service at this time but are working on it. Check back soon or ask us to notify you when delivery service is available.
Cancellations
Thursday orders must be cancelled by Tuesday at 9:00 a.m.
Friday, Saturday orders must be cancelled by Wednesday at 9 a.m.
Sorry, we cannot accommodate any walk-in business. This is a baking location only.
We will answer your emails and calls as quickly as possible, but if we are baking we may not be able to respond in the moment. Please include your phone number in your email , or with your phone message, so we can get in touch directly.
Please leave phone messages between the hours of 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. only.
Custom Orders
If you are planning an event, we may be able to create custom baked items for you. This requires advance notice and planning.
