Since I was a child, I have loved to cook and bake. My mother was a wonderful and creative cook, and I learned from her. Cooking and baking have always been my passions.
When I was in college, I was the one who invited all my friends over to dinner and was constantly trying new dishes and desserts.
While going to architecture school, I taught cooking in order to have some income and to have fun. This led to catering small events. As I pursued my design/ build business, I continued to cater and teach cooking. Gathering together a small group in my home, we cooked and ate dinner together. Catering parties was a nice contrast to building furniture, as I could cook for an event, and see a client’s pleasure in a short period of time, unlike building a piece of furniture, which took months to complete.
Over the years, I designed interiors and custom furniture. Cooking, like design, requires creating texture, taste, balance, and composition.
Now I am pleased to present my home bakery and create special desserts for you!
