Caramelized Berry Cake with Buttercream

This is a great party cake. It is topped with berries that have been caramelized and has buttercream between the layers Choose your berry and buttercream from the menu.
Try the Red White and Blue cake in honor Summer and of the 4th of July. Choose Blueberries or Blackberries on top, with Raspberries or Strawberries on the lower layer. Choose orange, lemon or lime buttercream for your white layer in between.
Of course I will do any fruit or buttercream option you prefer, just ask.
