Baked Goods Orders are not returnable as they are perishable.
Once the order has left our premises we are not responsible for any damage. When picking up your order, secure it inside the vehicle.
Delivery services will be responsible for any damage or issues relating to transporting the products.
Gift Cards are not refundable, but you can choose to send an order to someone else to utilize the balance of the gift you received.
Refunds on Orders Placed are only issued if you have asked for a refund in the specified time frame spelled out on our orders page which relates to our baking schedule.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, based on your credit card policy.
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
