Very yummy –there is double layer of flakey pastry filled with almond paste. This is a treat and very nice for a dinner party. Full galette that serves 10-12. The individual galettes, made with unbleached flour, or GF flour, come 6/ box. They are made with one layer of pastry, that is filled with almond paste, and finished with an almond glaze. contains: flour*, milk, eggs, almonds * gluten free flour is substituted for unbleached wheat
